Description: Performed by Dr. Paul G. Ruff IV. Our patient fell down the stairs and landed on the corner of the step, resulting in a large hematoma. It healed but it left her with a large indentation due to local fat necrosis (damaged tissue). Fat was harvested from her abdomen and flanks then injected it into the indentation.
