Kim is the patient care coordinator for Dr. Paul G. Ruff, IV. As PCC, she serves as the liaison between the patient and Dr. Ruff; to educate, support, and guide you every step of the way. Her goal is to provide you with a safe, enjoyable, and overall wonderful experience.
Kim brings us over 25 years of cumulative marketing management and consultative sales experience within the healthcare industry, in both the pharmaceutical and aesthetics fields.
Additionally, she has participated in The Ritz Carlton and Disney Institute’s leadership, engagement, and service programs that are tailored to creating an exceptional service culture. Kim utilizes this knowledge and experience to help you look and feel the best version of yourself.
