Jamie is a skilled Physician Assistant who brings a wealth of experience to our practice. With a keen eye for aesthetics and a dedication to offering perfection in the patient experience, she works diligently as Dr. Ruff’s “left-hand lady”.
Jamie graduated from the Physician Assistant program at Lock Haven University in Pennsylvania in 2010. Since then, her diverse career includes 1.5 years in weight loss medicine and four years in neurosurgery before she found her true passion in plastic surgery. For the past three years, she has worked alongside Dr. Ruff, combining her medical expertise with her aesthetic sensibility to enhance patient outcomes.
With a comprehensive background, Jamie excels in patient education, advocacy, and personalized care guiding patients through their pre-operative, post-operative, and follow-up appointments with compassion. Her role extends beyond patient appointments as a sub-investigator on our Research & Development team for ongoing investigational studies, contributing to the advancement of plastic surgery techniques and treatments. Both in research and general clinical practice, she is committed to making patients feel confident and satisfied with their treatments, always maintaining the highest standards of safety and care.
Outside of the office, Jamie enjoys shopping, traveling, and spending quality time with her husband, their two songs, and their dog, Daffodil. Her blend of professional expertise and personal passions make her an invaluable member of our team and a trusted advocate for our patients.
