In our continuous effort to enhance our service quality and ensure the best experience for our patients, while also accounting for our provider’s time, we have decided to implement the following changes to our office policies:
- Deposit Requirement for Appointments Exceeding 90 minutes: Starting 5/01/2024, a 50% deposit will be required for appointments that are longer than 90 minutes. This deposit will be collected at the time of booking to secure the appointment slot. Should you cancel the appointment within the 24-hour cancellation period, you will forfeit your deposit. Should you “No Show” to your appointment, you will forfeit your deposit.
- Consultation Fees: To streamline our scheduling process, we will be requiring all consultation fees to be charged at the time of booking to secure the appointment slot. For appointments with our surgeons, the consultation fee is $200. For appointments with our aesthetic provider, the consultation fee is $75.
As a friendly reminder, in alignment with our commitment to respecting our provider’s time, our Cancellation and No-Show Policy still stands as previously implemented. Should you cancel within 24 hours of your appointment time or do not come to your scheduled appointment, there will be a charge of $175.
