Dr Wang is the best! I am someone who very much does his research, especially when it comes to something as permanent and involved as a surgical procedure. After consults across half a dozen clinics, I settled on West End Plastic Surgery, and I do not regret the decision. Very responsive admin and scheduling team, ability to schedule appointments relatively soon. Dr Wang has exceptional patient rapport, and we had several consultations to answer all questions before deciding to go through with the procedure. WOW, where to start! I was referred to Dr. Arsalan by a friend and had 2 consults done in the same day for a full Mommy Makeover. I knew I wanted to go with Dr. A and his staff from the minute we met. He's extremely personable, listens to exactly what you want, and talks to you about every step of the process and expected outcomes. He always asks if you have questions and ensures you feel good about your surgery! Following surgery, Dr. A had me come back for lots of check-ups which made me feel great to track progress. I can't say enough things about how amazing this group is and I would highly recommend scheduling with them!

Just simply amazing.. came for a urgent visit with Dr. Lexie Wang after a bad car accident and injury on my forehead. The competent and excellent office team called AFTER hours on the same day of my accident and I was in their office at 9:30 next day thanks to them. Redid the stiches from ER and found Dr Lexie found my muscle in my head was cut and injured. Fixed everything.. Been to their office 4 times in 3 weeks and cannot express how EVERYONE IS AMAZING AND WONDERFUL AND CARING. Wound is healing nicely, and the care and level of experience at West End is phenomenal! We are in the Restaurant Business, and customer service is King and this type of service is rarely seen in the Medical community. Highly recommended. Dr Lexie Wang is top top doctor and team!

My experience with West End Plastic Surgery has been absolutely incredible. Prior to my consultation, I had been following Dr. Wang on Instagram and was impressed by her expertise in facial plastic surgery. When I spoke with Jessica to schedule, she explained EVERYTHING to me in detail, and I was even more convinced that West End was the right choice for me. If I could pick a surgeon based on the initial scheduling experience alone, it would be West End, because of Jessica. But I knew I had to explore all options and go to other consultations.

During my consultation, Dr. Wang's friendly and knowledgeable demeanor matched what I had seen online. Leading up to the surgery, Gaby, Jessica, and Dr. Wang were extremely supportive, addressing all my concerns and pre-operative jitters. On the day of the surgery, the OR nurses and Dr. Wang provided exceptional care. The post-operative care has been equally impressive, including lymphatic massages from Sheena. She’s absolutely amazing and the massages have helped a lot with my recovery.

I highly recommend Dr. Lexie Wang for anything regarding your face. She’s specializes in facial plastic surgery and all of her results are markedly improved while still looking natural and like YOU. I went to her for chin lipo and I truly couldn’t believe the results. Her team is incredible, shout out to her coordinator Jessica whom made things clear, organized and timely. To her PA Gabby for a thorough pre-op that left me without any questions before the procedure and lastly for my amazing CRNA Allison- I don’t remember anything. You can tell that Dr. Wang has put a lot of time into the peri-operative process for her patients, detailed instructions were printed for Pre and Post care that were dummy proof. I felt well prepared for the procedure and post care. With her team there is no surprises, they are professional and you will feel taken care of. Lastly if you’re going to spend the money on this then don’t forget about Sheena who has taken great care of me with the post op lymphatic massages and trust me- they work!

Dr. Wang is truly admirable; her rare combination of excellent bedside manners and skill in her craft makes her my hero. Bonnie is amazing! I went in for a facial, derma planing, and micro channeling, and I could not recommend WEPS enough. I had actually received some contrary advice leading up to my wedding, and I'm glad that I put my trust in Bonnie—which is not difficult to do with her cool, calm demeanor. If you are hesitant in any way, put it all aside. I found the prices comparable and the service at 5 stars. I can't wait to go again soon!

I had such an amazing experience with DR LEXIE WANG she was truly incredible!!!!! I’ve had 2 previous surgeries but this one really was the best experience. DR LEXIE gave me exactly what I wanted. Dr. Ruff - All-star plastic surgeon. My experience at West End Plastic Surgery was top-notch, and I would highly recommend Dr. Ruff to anyone looking for a talented and professional plastic surgeon. The accolades do not just stop with Dr. Ruff; his entire staff, from the nurses to the front desk, were all personable and eager to assist, resulting in an excellent experience. I've had stubborn fat in my abdominal and chest areas that I could not work off due to injuries. Other plastic surgeons could not effectively remove these problem areas, but Dr. Ruff was able to entirely eliminate them with precision and skill, which left me in awe. Additionally, his bedside manner is magnificent - you can tell he genuinely cares about his patient's results and satisfaction. Overall, I'd give my experience a 10 out of 10; highly recommend.

I have nothing but good things to say about this practice and Sabrina Pham, the nurse injector who took care of me! Sabrina talked me through my concerns and we decided to do some cheek, chin and a touch of jawline filler. She was so attentive during the consultation and really made sure that all of my questions were answered. During the injections, she was so caring and made sure I was comfortable. And most importantly, I LOVE my results. Even though it sounds like I got a lot of filler, my face still looks like my face, just more awake and maybe 10 years younger (which is exactly what I asked for!). Less important but worth noting, their office is gorgeous and everyone I interacted with was very kind. Highly recommend!

Can’t be happier with my experience here. The clinic is always clean and the staff is always so kind and professional. I’ve come in for botox and for laser hair removal and regardless of the procedure my nurse Sabrina Pham has always made me feel comfortable (and confident). She explains what she’s doing and what to expect through the whole procedure which really helps to put the patient at ease. Would definitely recommend this clinic for anyone looking for an injection/laser specialist.

Dr. Wang rolled back the clocks of time for me. I look like I did 10-15 years ago! Friends can't put their finger on what has changed and have asked if I lost weight or come back from vacation. I giggle inside as I no longer have those deep hollows under my eyes, the jowls, or the ugly turkey neck. I am one month out now and still in the process of healing but am overjoyed with the amazing results.

Dr. Wang has supported me before & after the surgery by standing by me as a professional which gave me psychological safety and emotional comfort. Knowing that I can reach and get advice from Dr. Wang gave me a great sense of assurance and confidence. Dr. Wang took the time out of her busy schedule to give me a call the night before the surgery. She answered all the questions that I had. I know for a fact that not all doctors do that. So I know from my personal experience that Dr. Wang's friendliness, kindness, and open communication really help patients as all patients tend to be intimidated by so many factors that come with any medical treatment. 5 Stars!! I will start by saying that Dr. Ruff deserves these 5 stars. After getting married I gained some love weight. By love weight I mean I went from 145lbs to 225lbs. Needless to say I had a huge stomach. My self‐confidence was hit hard since my whole life I was pretty slim. I expressed my concern to my primary doctor and he referred me to Dr. Ruff. I was very nervous since I had never had any other surgery. I went in for my consultation with Dr. Ruff and immediately felt very comfortable. He is very knowledgeable and his staff is great. They are like a family. After my consultation I made my appointment to get liposuction on my mid‐section and flanks. I am a full time student so I was a little concerned about recovery. I did not want to miss school so I had the procedure done during spring break. The procedure was completed right in the office and I ended up getting a room at the hotel across the street for my follow up the next day. The whole experience was very seamless. I came in with reasonable expectations of results but I have been blown away. It has now been about 4 months after the procedure and I have lost over 50 lbs. (still losing weight). My waist shrunk from a 38 to a 32 and 32 is a little big. My body couture is amazing. I see muscles I haven't seen in a while. Everybody is amazed at how great I look. They even say they can notice it in my face and arms. I always respond I didn't have anything done there. lol. Needless to say the procedure was SUPER worth it. I haven't really been exercising as I should but I do watch what I eat now. I am writing this because if you are thinking about getting liposuction done then definitely go see Dr. Ruff for a consultation. He is the BEST! I am now always without a shirt and my confidence is back. Thank you Dr. Ruff and team for a seamlessly pleasant experience and a boost of confidence I needed!

Wow, what a difference! I just completed my final follow-up with Dr. Wang. The procedure has allowed my eyes to have more access to light to improve clarity in my vision plus you can see my eyes again. The eye hoods are gone. Thanks to Dr. Wang and her clear explanation of the procedure coupled with her continued careful attention to aftercare, the whole process for so comfortable and easy. Home aftercare was simple to follow and allowed me not to miss work or personal commitments. I only wish I had consulted with Dr. Wang sooner. My wife and I are so pleased with the outcome!
